Qualifications

• 1+ years experience with Commercial Painting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in decisions on repairs and report major problems to the maintenance supervisor.
• Construct, finish, install, maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Clean, lubricate, service, repair or diagnose malfunction of HVAC and building systems.
• Supervise and lead a group of workers on a project.
• Read, comprehend and transmit detailed instructions verbally and in writing.
• Teach advanced maintenance skills to other department members.
• Review work of outside vendors and create punch lists.
• Maintain logs, perform rounds and complete work orders, tests and inspections.
