REQUIREMENTS: Reliable transportation, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team setting or solo when needed, and a strong background in the construction setting. Certifications such as aerial, scaffold & forklift are beneficial. Other skills such as Tape & Bed, surface preparation, paint application techniques, and a good understanding of safety regulations.
