Higham Company, Inc. is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to own commercial painting and wallcovering projects from bid to closeout on-site in Manassas, VA. This role combines winning work with delivering projects, collaborating with assistants, superintendents, crews, and clients.

You will perform digital takeoffs, prepare bids, track budgets, manage change orders, and lead client communications, ensuring work meets specifications and Higham quality standards.

Qualificações

• Must have 3–5 years in trade estimating and project management.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform digital takeoffs to calculate labor hours and materials.
• Prepare competitive bids for commercial painting, wallcovering, and concrete projects.
• Track budgets, costs, and progress billing to keep jobs profitable.
