Bank of Hope in Los Angeles is seeking a Commercial Operations Support Officer to assist Commercial Service Officers and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will support internal colleagues, process account maintenance, handle manual transactions, and respond to inquiries from clients and Relationship Managers, while upholding compliance and controls.

The Commercial Operations Support Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Service Officers (CSOs). Assisting in the delivery of exceptional client experiences. They will collaborate with colleagues and leaders to ensure seamless service experience for Commercial Banking clients.=

Job Qualifications/Requirements

Education/Credentials

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Finance, Business or Economics)

Prior Experience

• 3+ years experience in commercial banking

Required

• Proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service
• Must be able to work independently, a motivated and self-directed individual

Technical Skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in MS 365 products
• Banking regulations and compliance standards

The salary range for this full-time position is $33.65 - $36.06 hourly + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
