The Manager of Commercial Operations is responsible for supporting and executing commercial operations processes across Dynamis Power Solutions and its affiliate companies. This role plays a key part in improving operational consistency, supporting market expansion efforts, and enhancing collaboration across teams.
This position focuses on implementing standardized processes, supporting proposal and contract development, and coordinating marketing initiatives that drive business growth. The Manager works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient execution of commercial activities and alignment with business objectives.

Employee works indoors in an office setting, primarily sitting for extended periods at a desk station. The role requires keyboarding and repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers. The employee must speak clearly and audibly, and have the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds (e.g., building alarms) from in person speech, telephone, or remote communication.
