• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, business planning, or logistics, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Experience in battery materials, metals, commodities, or recycling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of five Commercial Operations Specialists.
• Manage task prioritization, workload distribution, and performance metrics to ensure daily operations are executed on time.
• Develop standard operating procedures and training materials to enhance operational consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leaders from Sales, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to identify and address workflow challenges.
• Act as a point of contact and expert for supplier onboarding, purchase order management, logistics coordination, and payment issues.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers by ensuring high levels of service and compliance.
• Maintain organized records across CRM, ERP, and internal systems to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing of purchase orders and invoices.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track operational KPIs and provide insights to management.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to define requirements for new tools and reporting capabilities.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic planning.
• Promote best practices for safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all initiatives.
