Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, valves, and related equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and installation procedures.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe using hand and power tools.
  • Install water supply lines, drainage systems, and venting systems according to code and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with other trades and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field.
  • Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and project specifications.
Qualifications
  • Valid Journeyman Plumbing License (required).
  • Experience working in commercial construction plumbing.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plumbing schematics.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
  • Ability to work on active construction sites and in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and elevated surfaces.
