Northern Air is seeking experienced Commercial New Construction HVAC technicians to join our hands‑on team in Colorado. This pool covers all experience levels from installation to lead roles in new construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial HVAC installations, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation.
• Current CFC Certification.
• Demonstrated ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Clean MVR and drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in new commercial buildings according to specifications and building codes.
• Coordinate with contractors and project managers to ensure timely completion of installation projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Ensure all installations are performed safely and effectively, meeting company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate utmost professionalism on job sites, demonstrating respect to team members, partners, and other on‑site representatives.
• Conduct initial system tests to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Document installation processes and any issues encountered, providing detailed reports to project managers.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• For job lead and lead installers, maintain excellent levels of communication, mentorship, and assistance to others;

Requirements:
