Key areas of responsibility include Business Development, Sales, and Key-Account Management, as well as leadership of Engineering and supporting functions.

The Commercial Managing Director will lead and further develop Sales, Business Development, Key-Account Management, Customer Service, Finance, HR, and Engineering. The position includes developing and implementing a mid- to long-term company strategy aligned with the group strategy and ensuring that revenue and financial targets are met. It also includes driving business growth through acquiring new customers, expanding key accounts, and opening new markets while strengthening market presence in Austria and Europe.

Responsibilities include building, managing, and optimizing high-performing sales teams, shaping sales processes and tools, and ensuring Engineering excellence across design, pricing, and proposal processes. The role will support consistently profitable project delivery and maintain close coordination between Sales and technical teams. The successful candidate will have a completed technical-business education, experience as a Managing Director/General Manager with full P&L responsibility, strong understanding of engineering-driven business models and complex project business, and substantial B2B industrial sales experience, alongside proven abilities to build and scale sales organizations, strategic and hands‑on leadership, and confident negotiation and communication skills in German and English; English and German proficiency is required.
