Job Description

As a Commercial Manager, Cybersecurity Services, you will lead a team of Cybersecurity Services Sales Executives, driving sales growth and expanding market share for our products, solutions, and services. You will manage a diverse customer base, align sales strategies, and foster customer loyalty. Your responsibilities include leading day-to-day sales operations within your territory, implementing commercial programs, and reporting to the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Services. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of 4-8 Cybersecurity Services Sales Executives.
  • Manage performance, quotas, and model alignment.
  • Oversee a portfolio of customer relationships, personally or through account managers.
  • Build internal networks to gather market intelligence and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Review sales proposals and strategies.
  • Expand the Verve software presence across the organization and externally.
  • Manage partner engagement, marketing, and brand awareness initiatives.

The Essentials - You Will Have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
  • Engineering degree and additional business qualifications.
  • 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience.
  • Experience managing sales teams or distributors.
  • Experience with Go-To-Market strategies and partnerships.
  • Collaboration experience with marketing, proposal teams, and technology ecosystems.

This position is part of a job family; level and pay depend on experience and skills. The total target compensation ranges from $228,560 to $342,840, with 60% base salary and 40% variable pay.
