Job Description

As a Commercial Manager, Cybersecurity Services, you will lead a team of Cybersecurity Services Sales Executives, driving sales growth and expanding market share for assigned products, solutions, and services. You will manage a diverse customer base, aligning sales efforts to create profitable opportunities, enhance customer experiences, and improve loyalty. You will oversee day-to-day sales activities within your territory and implement commercial strategies. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Services, and can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4-8 Cybersecurity Services Sales Executives, overseeing their development and performance.
  • Manage performance metrics, including AOP/Quota, and ensure team alignment with business models.
  • Handle complex customer relationships directly or through account managers.
  • Build internal networks to gather industry insights and identify growth opportunities.
  • Review sales proposals and expand the Verve software presence.
  • Manage partner engagement, marketing, and strategic planning within your geographic or segment focus.

The Essentials - You Will Have
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
  • Bachelor's in Engineering and additional business degrees.
  • 5+ years in cybersecurity sales.
  • 5+ years managing a sales team or distributors.
  • Experience with Go To Market strategies and partnership development.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, proposal teams, and application consulting.
  • Experience working with technology and distribution ecosystems.

This position is part of a job family. Compensation depends on experience, skills, and education. The total target compensation ranges from $228,560 to $342,840, with 60% base salary and 40% variable pay.
