COREcruitment Ltd in Washington, DC is partnering with a leading family entertainment and attractions business to appoint a Commercial Manager to join its leadership team. You will oversee admissions, retail, and food & beverage operations, lead a team, and work with the General Manager to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

This hands-on role requires a proven track record in hospitality or retail, strong sales drive, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

We are partnering with a leading family entertainment and attractions business that is looking for a Commercial Manager to join its leadership team in Washington, DC.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance. You'll oversee admissions, retail, and food & beverage operations, leading a team and working closely with the General Manager to maximize revenue, improve the guest experience, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operation of admissions, retail, and food & beverage, ensuring an outstanding guest experience
• Drive sales through merchandising, promotions, upselling, and other commercial initiatives
• Recruit, coach, and develop your team while fostering a positive, high-performing culture
• Manage labour scheduling, inventory, and stock control to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Partner with senior leadership to review performance, identify opportunities, and implement operational improvements
• Ensure high standards of guest service, health & safety, and operational compliance are maintained

About You

• Proven leadership experience within hospitality, retail, entertainment, attractions, or another customer-facing environment
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and operational performance
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required
