Job summary

Outsource UK is seeking Commercial Managers to support major UK Defence programmes in a hybrid role with three days on site. The role covers end-to-end procurement, contract management and supplier relationships across the full lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have experience in defence or regulated industries, familiarity with NEC/FIDIC/JCT contracts and strong stakeholder negotiation skills, with SC clearance eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or Supplier Management.
• Background within Defence, Government, Aerospace, Engineering, Infrastructure, or a regulated industry.
• Experience with NEC, FIDIC, or JCT contract forms.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Outsource UK are recruiting Commercial Managers and Senior Commercial Managers to support major UK Defence programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects, delivering commercial and procurement expertise across the full contract lifecycle.

Due to the nature of the work applicants must be Sole UK nationals and eligible for SC Clearance
