Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician in Charlotte, NC. You will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial properties, using multi-trade skills across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC to troubleshoot issues.

Travel to diverse client sites, work with company vehicles, and report through work order systems; strong communication and OSHA awareness are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in trades preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in property maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and applicable certifications/licenses.
• Ability to perform minor electrical, plumbing, and painting repairs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
• Proficiency with tablets and smartphones for work orders and reporting.

Join our team as a Commercial Maintenance Technician, providing expert maintenance and repair services to commercial properties across Charlotte, NC. You’ll perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds. Travel to various client sites using company vehicles and tools. Your work will ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards, creating a safe, functional, and professional environment. Use your multi-trade skills—including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC—to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Top Requirements
