Job summary

All Things Commercial is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Pearland, TX to perform a wide range of trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and flooring. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain restaurant/retail facilities with emphasis on safety, reliability, and customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in commercial maintenance, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in commercial maintenance or construction.
• Experience in hands-on mechanical settings.
• Strong troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair restaurant/retail facilities and equipment.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs, including after-hours and weekend emergencies.
• Receive work orders and follow instructions from the manager.
• Install and repair components like water heaters, outlets, lighting, flooring, doors, and fixtures.
• Travel to regional facilities and maintain stock and vehicle cleanliness.
• Provide before/after photos and detailed written work descriptions.
