We are seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Technician to perform operation, inspection, and maintenance of commercial building systems such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire, and HVAC. The role involves ensuring safety, increasing efficiency, and reducing downtime through proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

1. Complete daily work orders, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
2. Maintain grounds and common areas.
3. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
4. Keep operating logs and report faults or deficiencies.
5. Inspect mechanical equipment and systems periodically.
6. Perform other maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of building maintenance experience; commercial real estate experience preferred.
2. HVAC certification is preferred.
3. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
4. Basic set of tools.
