Job summary

Inland Companies in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team responsible for maintaining a high-quality portfolio of commercial properties. You will troubleshoot building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and handle repairs to keep facilities safe, functional, and reliable for tenants and guests.

With 3+ years in commercial maintenance, you’ll work across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

Qualifications

Three or more years of experience in commercial building maintenance, facilities maintenance, industrial or manufacturing maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, property maintenance, or related skilled trades.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of building systems, maintenance methods, tools, and equipment.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond with urgency.
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computerized maintenance management systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial building systems and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems.
Service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment.
Assist with installation, modification, and replacement of building equipment and systems.
Complete work orders and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
