Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a large facility in Marinette, WI. The role involves preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems, with emphasis on mechanical and electrical components.

You will support energy efficiency, safety compliance, and installations, while following established procedures under supervision. The position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience considered.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in tasks.
• Strong communication skills for exchanging information.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS for managing work orders.
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and repair.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety laws.
