Job summary

SVN Core 3 is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. You will perform daily work orders, repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair, and general HVAC maintenance, and liaise with tenants to update on status.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional maintenance experience, holds a valid driver's license, can lift 50+ pounds, and works independently in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional maintenance experience.
• General building repairs expertise.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Competitive hourly pay: $24.00–$25.00.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily work orders from tenants and Property Managers, from minor repairs to preventive maintenance.
• Perform skilled repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair, and HVAC.
• Liaise with tenants about work order status, scheduling, and resolution.
• Identify preventative maintenance opportunities.
• Log work hours, materials, and notes daily via mobile device.
• Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
