Horizons Group Care in Bradenton, FL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for commercial and residential properties. You will perform plumbing, drywall, toilet and valve repairs, door hardware service, and basic HVAC maintenance as part of a hands‑on maintenance team.

We value independence and reliability; a valid driver’s license with a van or work truck is required, and you must pass a background screening.

• 10+ years maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license with van or work truck.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities include:

• Drain clearing and plumbing repairs
• Sheetrock patching and repairs
• Toilet repairs (wax rings)
• Shower and faucet valve stem replacement
• Basic electrical troubleshooting (non-licensed scope)
• Door, lock, and hardware repairs
• Basic HVAC maintenance (filters, thermostats)
• Preventive maintenance and work order documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Construction or remodeling experience
• Experience in commercial or multi-unit facilities
• Ability to work independently
