Job summary

FirstBank Southwest is seeking a Commercial Loan Assistant I in Rockwall, TX to provide loan support and administrative assistance to the Commercial Lending department. The role includes processing loans, handling inquiries, and assisting with account development.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 3 years in banking or related field, or an Associate Degree with 1 year banking experience.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills; ability to prepare reports and documents.
• Experience in processing loans and handling customer inquiries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide loan support and administrative assistance to the Commercial Lending department.
• Answer calls and resolve customer inquiries; direct to loan officers as needed.
• Develop new personal and commercial accounts to grow the Bank’s portfolio.
• Assist with loan processing for commercial, real estate, and consumer loans.
