Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in banking or lending support.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and closing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Service Standards - Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues; initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities; listen attentively and address needs; seek coaching and support bank initiatives.
