Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with relevant banking experience.
• Associate Degree plus 1 year banking/related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative support duties including reports, mailing, filing, copying, and scanning.
• Answers calls, resolves inquiries within authority, directs calls to loan officers as needed.
• Serves as primary administrative contact to commercial loan officers.
• Develops new personal and commercial accounts to enhance the Bank’s portfolio.
• Performs loan processing for commercial, real estate, and consumer loans: obtain credit history, prepare documents, close and fund loans, prepare general ledger entries, review and process loan exceptions, liaise with banks and title companies for closings, assist with reviewing loan histories and collecting past due payments, update floor plans, and prepare loan advances.
