Job summary

PNC invites qualified professionals to join its Commercial Loan Administration team, supporting loan resolutions by providing payoffs, payment history, projected payments, and related data. This role involves processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with commercial bankers to ensure accurate, timely service across assigned portfolios.

The position requires 3+ years of relevant experience, an Associates degree or equivalent, and strong attention to detail.

Associates or equivalent degree and related experience.
Typically requires 3+ years experience.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Executes varied transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures.
Processes and/or reconciles varied and moderately complex transactions in accordance with established policies.
Identifies exceptions and escalates appropriately.
Interacts with customers and assigned accounts or portfolio.
Reviews transactions and verifies accuracy and conformance to policies.
