Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to commercial clients through timely and professional communication.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, RMs, ARMs, and internal partners.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding loan status, account maintenance, banking services, and requests.
• Coordinate loan closings and ensure files are complete prior to funding.
• Prepare and maintain commercial loan and real estate documentation.
• Process wire transfer requests accurately and timely in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Order appraisals, environmental reports, title commitments, flood determinations, and other due diligence items.
• Monitor and maintain client portfolios to ensure information is current.
• Review loan documents for accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
