Job summary

State Bank is seeking a detail‑oriented loan document specialist to support consumer, commercial and agricultural loan documentation. You will review checklists, coordinate with vendors and attorneys, prepare letters of engagement and credit documentation, and help ensure accurate funding and timely closings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or associates in business or accounting, with at least 1 year in related roles, strong math and typing skills, and solid written communication

Responsibilities

• Assist with consumer, commercial (incl. SBA) and agricultural loan document preparation.
• Review checklists for accuracy and compliance.
• Interface with vendors and law firms for required documents.
• Prepare letters of engagement, LOC documents, and real estate loan paperwork.
• Assist in funding processes and follow up on missing documentation.
