Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial banking relationships through business development and community involvement.
• Structure and present commercial loan opportunities that meet client needs and Bank standards.
• Manage, retain, and grow an existing commercial loan portfolio.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and credit risk; partner with Credit Analysts and internal teams.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, renewals, modifications, and covenant monitoring.
• Build long-term relationships with business owners and deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the Southwest Michigan business community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial banking relationships through business development and community involvement
