Job summary

Orrstown Bank in Harrisburg, PA seeks an experienced Loan Documentation Specialist to prepare and deliver accurate documentation for new and renewed commercial and small business loans.

You will ensure that final packages reflect credit approvals and comply with internal controls, policy standards, and applicable regulations; requires 3–5 years in lending operations and familiarity with LaserPro or similar documentation software.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or paralegal certification preferred.
• 3-5 years in an office/ops environment supporting commercial lending functions.
• Solid understanding of commercial lending and credit functions.
• Familiarity with Bank lending policies, commercial documentation, and Article 9 of the UCC; and applicable federal lending regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Knowledge of collateral types for commercial loan documents and audit controls.
• Experience with LaserPro or similar documentation software.
