Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Lending team to facilitate loan document preparation from operations.
  • Gather and obtain required documentation for commercial loans.
  • Perform administrative due diligence in the commercial loan origination process (including lien searches, name verifications, etc.).
  • Research and resolve loan issues promptly and professionally, adhering to commercial loan procedures and policies.
  • Ensure loans are accurately tracked on bank systems by understanding system coding.
  • Collaborate with third parties (title company, insurance agency, etc.) to meet loan closing requirements.
  • Perform or request maintenance for commercial loans when needed.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment using organizational and time management skills.
  • Maintain awareness of and adhere to the bank's compliance requirements, risk management concepts, policies, and procedures, applying them to daily tasks.
  • Deliver a high level of service within our Serving More standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position is full-time and hourly, requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours per week to maintain full-time status.
