Job summary

Servbank is seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator to support our commercial lending team. You will partner with relationship managers and underwriters to deliver exceptional service to business clients, managing complex loan transactions from approval through servicing.

The role requires strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, excellent organizational skills, and meticulous loan documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hoopeston, IL.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial loan administration or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute for degree.
• Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations.
• Certification in loan administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Loan Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Loan Processing: Manage the end-to-end loan process, including application review, approval, and disbursement.
• Compliance: Ensure all loan packages meet credit conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or issues.
• File Management: Maintain organized and accurate loan files, including all required documentation and correspondence.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain statistical reports to meet federal regulations and internal reporting requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, relationship managers, and other departments to ensure smooth loan operations.
• Portfolio Management: Assist in the management of the loan portfolio, including monitoring loan performance and addressing any issues that arise.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial loan administration or a related field.
