Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Loan Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Loan Processing: Manage the end-to-end loan process, including application review, approval, and disbursement.
• Compliance: Ensure all loan packages meet credit conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues.
• File Management: Maintain organized and accurate loan files, including all required documentation and correspondence.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain statistical reports to meet federal regulations and internal reporting requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, relationship managers, and other departments to ensure smooth loan operations.
• Portfolio Management: Assist in the management of the loan portfolio, including monitoring loan performance and addressing any issues that arise.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in commercial loan administration, commercial lending operations, loan processing, or commercial banking support required.
