Servbank in Savoy, IL, is seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator to support our commercial lending operations. You will partner with relationship managers and underwriters to move loan transactions from approval through servicing, delivering reliable service to business clients.
This full-time, on-site role emphasizes accurate loan documentation, timely processing, regulatory compliance, and teamwork with colleagues across departments to keep the loan portfolio performing smoothly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in commercial loan administration or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Admin, Real Estate or related field (experience may substitute).
Responsabilités
- Prepare and review loan documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage end-to-end loan process from application to disbursement.
- Ensure loan packages meet credit conditions and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as primary contact for borrowers, delivering excellent service.
- Maintain organized loan files and required documentation.
- Generate and maintain regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with underwriters and relationship managers.
- Assist in loan portfolio monitoring and issue resolution.
