Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Commercial and Civil Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of the litigation process in Texas, from discovery to trial preparation and appeals. This role offers high exposure and visibility with Managing Partners in a 9-5 environment.

Candidates must have discovery and ESI experience, TX efiling experience, and about five years of litigation paralegal work; duties include document production, docket management, trial preparation, and court

Qualifications

• MUST have discovery and ESI experience
• Maintain a docket
• Court filings
• Legal research
• Trial prep, tracking of exhibits and trial set-up
• 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• TX efiling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of the litigation process, from initial discovery to trial preparation, trial, post-trial proceedings, and appeals.
• Responsibilities include managing document production, organizing and maintaining case files, assisting with trial preparation, calendaring deadlines, and handling court filings.
