Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of relevant experience to support attorneys in fact investigations, witness interviews, pleadings, and discovery. The role includes e‑discovery database work, trial preparation, and client service, with opportunities for remote work across the United States.

Proficiency in Relativity or similar tools, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex case files are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Relativity or document review software experience required.
• Trial preparation and attendance experience preferred.
• California litigation experience required.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to attorneys in fact investigations, witness interviews, drafting pleadings, legal research, and document production.
• Learn and apply e-discovery databases and AI tools; manage electronic files and docketing.
• Independently organize and manage files and prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Coordinate filing of pleadings and service; assist with calendaring/docketing.
• Support multiple offices and act as liaison between clients, colleagues, and experts.
