The Perillo Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. This direct hire role requires an organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage a busy caseload and coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, maintaining files and calendars, coordinating depositions and trials, and E-filing with state and federal courts.

Competenze

• Experience working as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting.
• Knowledge of court rules, procedures, and deadlines for state and federal courts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
