**Remote role. Must live in Florida**

The Role:

Our client is a top national law firm. They are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its team. Candidates must have an active Florida bar license and be currently practicing in Florida—Southwest Florida preferred. The associate will primarily support the Financial Services & Capital Markets group.

The firm is looking for candidates with the following experience:

• 3-7 years of experience
• Background in both state and federal courts; administrative matters and arbitration experience are a plus
• Experience across all stages of complex commercial litigation
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience conducting discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, arguing motions, and attending mediations
• Second-chair trial or arbitration experience (preferred)
• Exposure to construction litigation (preferred)
• Judicial clerkship experience, especially in federal court, is a plus

The firm seeks someone with a strong academic record, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple matters while working collaboratively.
