Qualifications

• 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Insurance defense experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
• Manage all phases of litigation—investigation, pleadings, discovery, trial.
• Handle depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations.
• Advise business clients on litigation risks and pre-litigation strategy.
• Support insurance defense matters when necessary.
