Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Business Law and Commercial Litigation practice in Delaware. You will handle sophisticated business disputes and collaborate with a national team of attorneys.

The ideal candidate will manage matters through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation, while delivering clear client communication and strategic advocacy.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Delaware Bar in good standing.
• 3–10 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Commercial or complex business litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in state and federal court.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop case strategy and analyze complex legal and factual issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial, corporate, bankruptcy and related issues.
• Handle written discovery, document review and ESI.
