Sands Anderson PC is seeking a lateral commercial litigation attorney to join the Durham office. The firm seeks entrepreneurial attorneys with a portable, client-ready practice who can expand their impact and help drive the next chapter of the firm’s growth.

We value collaboration across offices and practice groups, offering resources and autonomy to build and grow a personal client base while contributing to a dynamic Mid-Atlantic presence.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
• Proven ability to develop and retain clients.
• Portable book of business (or track record of originating business) of $200,000+ annually.
• Collaborative, growth-minded approach to practice development.
