Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for trial.
• Negotiate settlements and assist with dispute resolution efforts.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide strategic counsel throughout litigation matters.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between [$250,000 - $350,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
