Job summary

Stealth Law Firm, a national firm with 10 offices and over 200 attorneys, seeks an experienced litigator for our San Francisco office to handle complex matters. Candidates must have at least 2 years of Commercial, business, or Employment litigation experience and be able to develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies.

The role covers all phases from case evaluation and discovery to motion practice, depositions, expert development, and trial preparation, with California licensure

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with focus on Commercial, business or Employment matters.
• Able to develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies.
• Capable of handling all phases of litigation including case evaluation, discovery, expert development, motions, depositions and trial preparation.

We are a highly accomplished national law firm with 10 offices and more than 200 attorneys. The firm is dedicated to resolving complex and contested matters for our clients across 7 states. Joining our firm will provide candidates with real-world litigation experience.

Experience and skills needed:

• Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with a primary focus on Commercial, business or Employment litigation
• Candidates must be capable of developing and executing sophisticated litigation strategies
• Able to handle all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery management, expert development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Licensed to practise in California. An additional license is a big plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 - $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
