Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation strongly preferred.
• Background in construction, insurance coverage, first-party, or property litigation is a plus.
• Experience handling complex matters in both state and federal courts.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Competitive, strategic approach to litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex matters with creativity, sound judgment, and strong ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Develop and execute trial and motion strategy; manage discovery and evidence gathering.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate documents with precision.
