Job summary

gpac LLC. in Dallas seeks an experienced commercial litigation attorney to handle complex business disputes and grow a practice with the backing of a referral-driven platform.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Dallas. Compensation includes a base of $265K–$270K for senior associate-level candidates, with a 2,000-hour annual billable target and a full benefits package. Partner-level compensation is negotiated separately.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial litigation experience
• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas
• Courtroom and deposition experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• A modest portable book of business (around $100K) preferred, or a clear readiness to generate work
