Job summary

Collabera in Dallas, TX seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney for a top AmLaw 100 firm. You will independently handle core litigation tasks—draft pleadings, research, and discovery—while taking and defending depositions and assisting with trial prep.

Requires a JD and Texas Bar admission (or eligibility), strong commercial litigation background, and ability to coordinate with partners. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Texas Bar, or eligibility to practice in Texas.
• Commercial litigation experience, preferably within a mid-to-large law firm.
• Ability to independently handle core litigation tasks, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and preparing discovery.
• Experience with motion practice, including drafting substantive motions and briefs.
