Job description

The Cantrell Schuette Commercial Litigation and Franchise Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate for its Tampa office. The practice is focused heavily on representing franchisees nationwide in franchisee-franchisor disputes (including in mass actions), partners in partnership disputes, minority shareholders, and other businesses or individuals who have high value claims, especially relating to breach of contract, restrictive covenants, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, misrepresentation, and other business torts.

Cantrell Schuette is a law firm dedicated to representing individuals and businesses who have been wronged. All of its attorneys have exceptional credentials, work within defined practice groups to facilitate subject matter depth and are passionate about their work.
