The Cantrell Schuette Business Litigation Practice Group is seeking to hire a Business Litigation Associate for its Tampa office. The business litigation practice includes significant work relating to franchise disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and general high‑stakes commercial litigation. The position is hybrid (part in office, part work from home) and may involve arbitrations and trials nationwide, so some travel is expected. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small‑business owners and high‑level executives. We also provide advice and counsel in the context of dispute resolution. Many of our attorneys previously worked in BigLaw and chose to work here because we are mission‑driven.
