BCG Attorney Search is assisting a Roseland, NJ law firm in seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4-6+ years of experience. The candidate will manage caseloads, draft pleadings and motions, and handle depositions and discovery while offering sound business-oriented counsel to clients.

Ideal applicants will hold a NJ admission (NY a plus), possess strong writing and oral advocacy skills, and have experience in state and federal court.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New Jersey required.
• Admission to practice in New York is a plus.
• 4-6+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm.
• State and federal court experience.
• Strong writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficient in eDiscovery, including preservation and collection of electronic evidence.
• Experience with eDiscovery software such as Everlaw or Relativity.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple matters and meeting deadlines.
• Courtroom and deposition experience preferred.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and client-service mindset.
