Growing litigation boutique seeks an associate attorney for its Philadelphia office. Working closely with experienced trial lawyers, this attorney will play a key role in complex commercial litigation matters from discovery through trial.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of commercial litigation experience, including substantial experience managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting substantive motions, and supporting trial teams. This position offers significant responsibility within a collaborative, in-office environment.
