Responsibilities

Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and corporate governance issues
Manage cases from inception through trial, including pre‑litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in business disputes
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients

The annual salary for this position is between 110k-150k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
