gpac seeks a Commercial Litigation Attorney in Coral Gables, FL, to join our growing business litigation practice. We are open to Mid-Level Associate, Senior Associate, Senior Counsel, or Of Counsel based on experience and qualifications.

The role requires 5+ years of complex litigation, strong writing and advocacy, and a Florida license. The position offers in-office work with hybrid flexibility and partnership-track potential for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/business litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, real estate litigation, banking and financial services litigation, or other complex commercial matters.
• Ability to independently manage litigation from pleadings through trial preparation.
• Strong experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Professional client-facing demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
• Licensed in Florida in good standing.

Work Environment

This position is based in our Coral Gables office. We value an in-person, collaborative culture. After onboarding and integration into the firm, attorneys may be eligible for a hybrid schedule of 1-2 remote days per week.
